immerse into creativity.
-
connecting with the now.
Integrating meditative techniques from different ancient and modern traditions to learn living in the moment. Presence sets the foundation for the ability to step into creativity.
-
connecting with your senses.
Our senses are in the moment and our connection to the world. (Re-)connecting with our senses can open new unexpected worlds and deeply satisfy us because it breaks a sense of repetition.
-
connecting with your feelings.
We are learning how to feel our feelings and express them without the filter of the mind. Different ways of expression can convey our inner world in an unprecedented depth.
-
connecting with your intuition.
Creativity is not our possession, it’s something floating through us. Surrendering to our intuition enables us to channel the creativity of the universe in our very unique expression.
-
connecting with yourself.
Through stepping in our creativity and doing art we get to really know ourselves. In my experience creating art is one of the most effective ways to develop a really deep relationship with yourself.
-
connecting with your surroundings.
Sharing vulnerably in our very own expression what we do and who we are on a deep level brings a sense of deeper connection with our environment and the people we care about.
Creativity is a means to learn the ability to be in the present moment and enjoy life.
-
one-on-one sessions.
In my one-on-one conversations I offer personal support. Do you want to learn to think more creatively and out of the box? Do you want to be facilitated in finding your own artistic expression? Do you need professional support to develop a creative project? Do you have a creative blockage? Or maybe you just want a friend to play around with in the realms of art and use creative expression as a means of staying connected to yourself.

workshops.
In my workshops I offer various combinations of tools, depending on what the situation is asking for. They are especially suited to help to connect with ourselves and our intuitive creativity. We aim to let go of high expectations of ourselves and the idea of a goal in general, immersing ourselves in the present moment and the process instead. Setting yourself free of the concern for applications and enjoying creative expression just for the sake of itself can be an incredibly liberating experience.
“Why should we all use our creative power …? Because there is nothing that makes people so generous, joyful, lively, bold and compassionate, so indifferent to fighting and the accumulation of objects and money.”
